Default Need help with fitment please

Hello all,

I am very new to this forum and all my friends told me this forum is very helpful. I am not knowledgeable in this area about cars either but i want to learn from the people on this forum.
So, on to my issue, I currently have a 2014 AWD IS250 stock everything. I have a friend that has rims i want to put on my car, they are WEDS SA10r with specs of 18x9.5+38 all around (will find out tire size asap), but i want to know if i would have any issue with these specs on my car. Would it be too wide and would require to camber my car or roll my fenders? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum!
Based on the rim specs, they should clear everything. Of course, tire size will ultimately be the determining factor. Not sure what the wheels are coming off, but once it's nothing crazy, you should be fine.
9.5 is quite popular in the rear, mostly in a 19 inch rim, but 18 is fine too.
For the front, usually 19X8.5 +32 is the typical choice, but a 18X9.5 +38 will work with the right size tires. Also consider if you plan on lowering the vehicle later, and by how much.
At stock height you should be ok, but if you plan to slam the car, might be a different story.

Also, the rear fenders are factory rolled, so there's no rolling to be had on the back.
The front I've heard you can roll a little still, but not a whole lot.
For your rims, the rear will not be any concern now or later, you just have to watch out for the front depending on what you do with the vehicle.

Hey I really appreciate your help and it made me a little less worry about the fitting. I dont plan on lowering the car so from what you said, i shouldnt have any problems (if the tires are right size, of course).

Im running an 18x9.5 +27 with 245/35 pilot sports. They rub in the rear because the ride height but I dont think it would be an issue for stock height
