What accessories do you have on the vehicle that are electronic? (i.e. remote start, dash cam, etc.)

The lines suggest a signal interference issue when there is less load on the electrical system, which is odd.
The good news is that it's not the screen.
Given that you may not know the history of the vehicle, I would start by checking all the ground points in the kickpanels.
Typically the grounds for various systems terminate at an eyelet that is bolted to the body.
Sometimes those grounds can be loose or corroded, causing signal interference issues, especially if someone has been in there before.
If you've only had the vehicle a short time, I would look around under the dash and make sure there is nothing connected that is not factory and that you may not be aware of, then check the grounds.

Do you know if the vehicle has been in a accident or had any body work done?

There was a bulletin for the navi screen delamination on 2014 (maybe other years too). Any chance if you know if it was replaced? Maybe the connector is not fully seated for the screen when the new one was installed.

SpecOne created a video on the hidden diagnostic manual. You can have a try and see if it detects anything.

Looks like a shielding issue of the video signal.
Typically I see this issue if there aftermarket video interface cabling going to the display that has inadequate shielding in cable but i doubt that is the reason in your case.
Check display connections as well as the connection behind the stereo is all i can suggest.
