2015 IS350 Fsport Navigation keep on rebooting !
Yes kind of, after not plugging anything into Car's USB ports, the rebooting stopped except 1 day it did reboot again but couple months now it did not, they have a new firmware update now tho
I would confirm, my method FIXED this problem, i haven't installed the new firmware update yet, as we all know "Electrical and Computer GPS Satellite are not 100% Guaranty" when i 1st bought the car this happened and it stopped after i updated the old firmware and it came back after a year.

This started happening to me on Wednesday in my 2014 IS350. First it just cut out a few times, then it restarted a few times. I got to my destination and when I got back in the car the system just reboots constantly. I get the Enform screen and the warning in an endless loop.Remembering the issues from 2016 I disconnected the battery expecting that to fix it but it didn't help so I took the car into the Dealer.
Dealer tells me the system needs to be replaced at a cost of $2487!! The car has 46K miles but reached four years old in January!
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Eric

1, update the new firmware https://redirect.viglink.com/?format...AsWza%3Fdl%3D0
2, Don't plug anything into your Car's USB ports, if you have a dashcam use Cigarette lighter
3, To update Navigation firmware ! you need a USB flash drive at least 2GB space or higher, download it from the click above to your Computer or Laptop, copy it to your USB flash drive (copy and Paste like old school) , to go your car put only your Firmware USB flash drive into your car's port, start your car and let it update, all you have to do is Click Yes and Accept (General setting>>> firmware version and click >>>>Update)
don't plug anything into your car's USB port and see if this fixed your problem, i'm not sure if this works on your car but mine did . the Firmware FILE IS 13LHENNA-AB01_0007.kwi
PS: Ya Lexus Warranty is kinda ....don't know how to describe...but i am not satisfied at all, don't wanna rant them, i might move to Mercedes Benz CLS... Good luck Eric The car Guy

Thank you! I saw this thread earlier and did download the firmware and attempted to load it without success. When I start the car with or without the USB drive with the firmware file, it still boots the same way and goes into a loop. I tried disconnecting the battery and, while that does a longer boot, it doesn't change the result. I loaded the file on a 4GB FAT32 formatted USB stick. The Windows properties say it's USB 2.0,
I will try again with a different drive. When in the boot sequence does the software upgrade start? Would I need to disconnect the battery to initiate it?
Thanks Again!
