Default trunk spare question

Hey guys, can someone please tell me what is the trunk spare compartment. I know it comes with the first aid kid and under the cover i want to make sure im not missing anything.
Also I know lexus has the front plate bracket for your license plates, but why doesnt lexus offer it for the back. when you mount your plate in the back it can scratch the paint without anything in between.

Lexus provides the front License Plate Bracket because only 22 US states require the display
of two plates so there are no mounting holes on the front. All cars already have the rear plate
mounting holes tapped and ready.
Your IS should have a zippered pouch with tools and possibly a wheel lock key if fitted.

Ya the front plate bracket are included but will require you to drill the mounting holes into the bumper. For the rear i know they have mounting hole but i guess lexus doesnt offer rear mounting plate bracket unlike benz, audi and such. I dont really like the idea of a plate sitting on top of the paint.
As for the trunk spares i didnt know there was a zipper pouch with tools. But what about what is inside the spare tire area?

I have the scissor jack, the metal piece that goes with the scissor jack, a tool that i can use to take on and off lug nuts (looks like an L or a 7), and a lugnut key for the wheel lock
