Question 2017 F-Sport Display Setup

2017 IS300 Fsport. I have a question regarding setting up what the display shows.
If I use the up and down arrows on the right side of the steering wheel, I can make the display under the speedo show different things like the lane radar, MPG, gear selection, etc.
Is there a way to keep the last selected display item from being reset when the car is shut off ?
I went through the manual and saw a section about 'registering' the display for NON F-Sport displays. Nothing for the F-Sport.

I guess the first question is, what does it reset to?
My 2014 stays on whatever was last on the Display...usually I have it on tire pressure, and when I restart that's what's on the Display.
Maybe it's a 2017 thing.

It resets to nothing being displayed at all. I need to press the up or down arrows on the steering wheel to get the display re-activated.

Ditto. My display stay on what I set it to. There are no settings to make the gauge move over when starting up.

Maybe reinitialize the gauge and see if that fixes the issue.

'Problem' understood (sort of). It seems that if I select anything to be displayed like tire pressure, gear select, MPG, etc. it does stay there after turning the car off/on. What doesn't stay is the Lane Departure graphic, which is the thing that I want to persist. Oh well...
Thanks for your replies

As far as I can tell, everything is enabled/turned on. Just to be clear, I am talking about area #4 in this image.

Sounds like this problem is specific to cars with Lane Departure Warning, which I don't have on my '16... Maybe try asking the dealer? They should be able to assist with this type of thing - they have "technology experts" or something like that, can't remember the title.

I just spoke with the 'technology' person at the dealer. It's working as it should. The lane departure display does not persist.

Hmm, wonder why not? Pretty lame if you ask me.

Next best thing I could suggest is if it persists in the other view (the one where the tach slides over), and use that instead.

Problem there is that the sliding part (speedo), goes back to its center position when you turn the car off/on
