Second and third observation...
Under Rear Suspension on the first page of repairs it says "crossmember to 05/2013" I take that to mean they installed a crossmember that fits an IS manufacturered up to 05/2013...unfortunately that would be a 2IS or IS Convertible...and not your vehicle at all. I suspect you have a 2IS rear crossmember currently installed in your vehicle.
This would explain why your vehicle looks the way it does.
On the second page of the estimate, I would question them as to what the "knee" is under Recycled Assemblies.

Hope this works out I can't believe a shop installed the parts and took a look at the car and thought. "Looks good to me" They should have quickly realized the wrong were parts installed and replaced with correct ones.

I also saw on page 2 that they put a Bridgestone Potenza RE050 RFT in your car. That's a run flat tire and it is different from the OEM Bridgestone Turanza ER33 (that's the one I have in my car).
Although it's the same size, it could affect the handling if you don't have two new tires at the rear.......

Sasnuke offers great input. Also of note, in the suspension section and recycled assembly section, "LKQ" is referenced in the parts descriptions, so it appears they used aftermarket used parts from this company for these repairs. Some folks request that only OEM parts be used, but it depends on your insurance and policy, but worthy to note.
