Painted spoiler
Has anyone that purchased a painted spoiler on Ebay with Crystal White (062) notice the slight color difference? Found this one but says that White, Yellow and Red spoilers may have slight color difference. Just wanted to see how far off it is or if it is even off at all as far as matching color.

I purchased that same spoiler in Obsidian Black. However my car is Matador Red Mica, so I didn't car about matching the color.
The finish looked good and it came as a straight piece.
You'll need a heat gun to soften up the PU so you can bend it to the curve of the trunk.
I would highly (highly) recommend taping out the location of where you are going to place it once it's curved.
I sorta freehanded it and it came out good, but I could have been a little more accurate with the ends to make sure they were far enough onto the trunk so there was no overhang so you can see the underside of the spoiler.
Realistically it's tough to color match anything unless you are painting the same time as the car. And yes, some colors color match a lot easier and closer to the factory.
Honestly, once it's on the car and out in the sun for a couple months, i doubt you will notice the difference at that point.

^^^+1. I bought the same one on my past IS, Obsidian Black. I taped the outline on the trunk where you want to place it plus a marker on the mid point of the spoiler (and on trunk) so you have centered starting point on placement. As for color, I too wouldn't worry about the possibly slight color diff.
