They fixed the carbon buildup on IS250 engine since 2012 IS250 model, 2006-2011 model uses 5-30W engine oil, 2012+ and up uses 0-20W, put an Oil Catch can in there and use only premium fuel and fuel injector once awhile, replace your PCV valve every 40k,

A few months ago, i had to replace the PCV valve on my 2011 Audi S4. The part costs about $250ish, but total cost for parts & labor was $1800 cuz the PCV valve sits at the bottom of the motor and the supercharger, intake manifold, and bunch of other crap need to come off to access it....
