When I turn on the A/C I can hear it flowing but nothing flows out of the vents in the driver and passenger side. Not cold or hot air. When I go to defrost it blows cold and hot air out of the windshield vent but that's about it, I really don't know what to do and I could use some help, thanks!

 

When you change the setting to the Feet, does it blow air out by your feet?
If you set it to the Face and max out the blower speed, do you feel the air coming out anywhere?

 

You bring it to the dealership so they can figure it for you. (assuming you have warranty still....)

 

Your description is very limited. Operation of A/C will depend on the difference between outside and inside temperatures, desired temperature settings plus whether you are in AUTO mode, etc.

 

Any luck getting your problem fixed? I have a similar issue. With the climate control not responding to the controls. Sometimes it will blow hot out of all vents. Some times cold. Sometimes hot on the drivers side. And cold on the passenger side.
