Cant access setup page 2 on the screen

Cant access setup page 2 on the screen

Hello all, I just got my first Lexus last week! 2014 Lexus IS 250. I am having a problem that I need assistance with. When I go to the setup option on the screen it will only let me access the page 1 options. When I go to page 2 all of the options are in gray and I'm unable to click on them. Does anyone know how to correct this problem?

May sound dumb but were you in park or stopped? I was trying to access menu items yesterday (new lexus owner myself) and I couldnt engage the menu until I was safely stopped.

I've tried it while driving, as well as in park...can't access it either way :-(

ok, apparently you were right! The engine had to be off, and ignition on, for me to be able to access certain features. Thanks! :-)
