Touch screen keeps coming back to "Trip Info"

Touch screen keeps coming back to "Trip Info"
Hi Guys,
As I wrote in the topic, I have got an annoying problem with the touch screen as it keeps coming back to "Trip info" totally randomly from all other windows. For example, I have got Audio section open, I am driving for couple of minutes and it goes to "Trip Info". I turn on reverse gear, and the camera is on, and after that it is in "Trip info" section, no matter what was open before. Very annoying, as if I have got Audio section open, I want to have it open all the time.
Is there some option in Settings that can prevent it from happening ?

If you are referring to the map screen, then I believe that's how it is. I usually just turn the screen off and have yet to figure out a way to do what you were asking. That's the first thing that came to mind when I first got the car; it bugged me like crazy until I eventually just got used to it.

There is some option in Settings regarding Map Screen but I turned it off, as it was switching to Map all the time, when I am not using those Maps. But now when it is off, it is switching to "Trip info" screen all the time. I don`t want that f... "Trip Info" screen, when I turn Audio Screen on, I want Audio screen, when Climate Screen, then I want Climate Screen, but it is switching to "Trip Info" totally randomly, sometimes after few seconds, sometimes after few minutes etc.

I'm going off memory, but I think there's an option that allows you to keep whichever default screen you want. I don't know if it will allow you to keep the screen you click on each time without going back to the default screen you choose. For example, if you select climate, it stays there, then you hit audio and it stays there. However, I could be wrong, I would suggest calling your Lexus dealer and asking them the question, they'll be able to help for sure.
My screen always defaulted back to the GPS map, but I wanted that even though I didn't choose the option, it was always this way from when I bought it. But again, I do recall some sort of option to change this. Get in and play around, you'll find it. :-)
