Default 40k mile service

currently have 39xxx miles on the whip, going to go for my 40k mile service. I read the manual already and plan to do an engine oil/filter change, air conditioner air filter change, engine air filter change, cabin air filter change, smart key fob battery change, brake fluid change, i will be bringing the car to a trusted mechanic for the service. Am i missing anything else? Thanks in advance

Why would rear diff fluid need changing if not mentioned in the manual?

Mine says to inspect at 45k.

Could some of you experienced guys out there weigh in? I'm assuming we can check this ourselves?

None. There's a engine air and cabin air filter.
