Similar for me. My lease is up in November and my buyout is $32,XXX. Dealer offered me 34k and last payment waived.

 

My 2014 is350 f sport fully loaded is worth about $33k(trade in value) with only 14k miles. The msrp on the vehicle was 48k (although i only paid under 42k), the price dropped about $15k for last two years. But i think the price will stay around the 30k mark since it only dropped about 3k when i checked it last year.
