I need photo shop help please

Sorry if I missed this thread somewhere in the forum I looked but couldn't find it I need someone to help me with a Photoshop is anybody out there good ??...I want to Photoshop some wheels on my car I have a profile picture of my car as well as a picture of the wheels please let me know if you can help me thanks
