Hi I have an is 350 2015, I am wondering if I can change the offset of rear camber to zero to even tire wear and give better grip on srtight line.
Has anyone done It if so How did It affect the car overall handling?

If the rear has camber adjustment (Pretty sure it does--I'm new to this platform) then yes you can do it. Though rear camber alone wont cause inner wear unless you're always racing away from stop lights. It's typically camber + toe.
As you mention, anything in a straight line (accel or brake) will be improved. Cornering not. have to pick what you want. tire life or handling. can't be both

The inner tread wear in not that bad but It is there. To be honest the thing I care about most is traction when taking off at full throtle and the esp is kicking and cuts the power or there will be slight drift.Originally Posted by E46CT
