Agreed!
I agree with most of the comments here ...mainly get what you feel is right for you!!! however all I have to say is I don't think it's a mystery as to why we see so many BMW "courtesy labeled " vehicles on the road than any other make..... Good luck to you .

That's a fair point. With my 2014 IS250, I had the battery drain issue at 4,000 miles, but otherwise, there were no issues. The dealer I turned the car in to sold it for almost $32K. The 350 has only 1,400 miles on it. I expect they will be trouble free miles like my ancient 1994 GS300 was.
