Default Lexus Drivers Site/Enform Remote App

Having issues with the Lexus Drivers site AND the Enform Remote app. Not able to login to either even with password change request. Contacted cust svc and telling me website being updated. Getting frustrated with this. ANYONE?

I
1. downloaded the new Lexus Drivers app from the Apple App store
2. new app required me to update my login name to an email address
3. Waited ~10 minutes for the login name update to take effect.
4. Website (it's new) works OK, except I cannot manage my eDestination folders.
5. The Enform Remote app required me to logout, log back in with updated login name. Now works OK.

I had an issue with the whole password thing too. What a mission. I didn't call or anything. I had to login with the new e-mail and password and then I had to add that on the app. The password change request took a few minutes. Man, they need to update that damn remote app. It's so outdated that I get pissed whenever I use it.

Default I have 2020 LC 500

The enform app is antiquated for Lexus. It takes forever for the app to open. It requires my phone number and receive access code to open app, then time for it to process the command, either start or lock. Many times connection from within the gym or store is non existence. Meanwhile my husband can start his car from his FOB easily before I receive my access code. So over it!
