Anybody have stories about their experiences with ricers? For those of you who do not know the definition of a ricer, a ricer is a person who modifies their slow import car to make it look/seem faster (these modifications do not make the car faster at all).
I was driving home and I spotted a modified Honda ahead of me, just driving crazy and swerving between the lane I was on and the lane in the opposite direction. There were no potholes on the street, so there was absolutely no reason for him to be swerving like that. While that was happening, another modified Honda was tailgating right behind me. I pressed the brake a little to let him know to back off, but he wouldn't.
Now I know why racers are usually frowned upon.. Share your stories!

I hope you are not one of those douche bags who goes speed limit in the passing lane.......
Every car culture has their share of fools. Haven't had anyone show their a** while driving the Lexus, but the Accord I sold a few months ago was another story. I had a 2016 EX-L V6 on coilovers and 20s. I had ricers, BMWs, to Mustangs rev their engines on me, peel out, and/or speed off. It was always some douche with a muffler delete and/or down pipe.
From what I've gathered, they were just idiot drivers that drive certain vehicles. As stated previously, every brand has their owners that do stupid, dangerous things. Ricer and halfwit are not mutually exclusive, but they are not automatically linked.
Lol I've some pretty crazy ricer cars or cars that sound super ricer. I haven't run into any on the highway that have done anything stupid or dangerous though. But I recently added an Ark exhaust on my IS, my sister called it ricer. Am I a ricer now cause my car has a loud deep sounding exhaust? I still love my new exhaust.
Happens a lot to me. Really annoying. Some dude in a Nissan Z was ricing back and forth and making all hell of a racket. I burned passed him and left him trying to catch up 😊
I once had a jacked up truck do it to me on the interstate and he wound up blowing his engine trying to catch up when I sport mode him ;-)

Hmmm... Let's see... even more so if you have an IS250

I drive an IS350... But even so I know people who have looked at a stock Lexus IS and have called it a "rice burner." lol the IS design is an attention grabber and makes it look like its super fast but not really.

oops, I plastic dipped the rear emblem black as well as IS350 badge. Does it make me a ricer cause they do not add any extra hp. Forgot to mention I have TRD front lips too.
I dealt with a lot of those tools back when I had my 1999 Camaro Z28. Of course this was back in 2003-2006ish, so there were more of these idiots around in their loud coffee can exhaust but otherwise stock Hondas. That car was a magnet for idiot tool bags running their mouths, especially since it had an automatic transmission, quiet exhaust, and a completely hidden nitrous system.
