I recently leased another IS after Lexus gave me a great offer. My 2015 IS had a hit in the front almost like yours because someone backed into me. I also had some other dents and such and they didn't say anything.
Hi guys, got an email about this... been absolutely swamped at the dealership and haven't been watching the boards the past week or so,
None of that is chargeable except MAYBE the grille. If so expect $100-150. LFS lease end EWT charges are way less than you'd normally pay to fix the problem ($15 for missing owners manual, $250 for smashed fender) EXCEPT FOR missing keys ($375) and ANY cuts in a tire sidewall ($250ish).
Oh, and don't bother with touch up paint.... waste of time and money. If you have chargeable damage either fix it professionally or pay the EWT charges, touch up paint won't solve the issue.
if the car came with a front license plate bracket installed, then yes you need to return it and if you lost it, it could be an additional cost but like the others said don't worry about it too much, how much longer do you have on your lease?
I had a similar issue, not with Lexus but with Acura. I lost my license plate frame. Went on eBay and bought an OEM one and it saved me a bunch of money.
Did you ask Acura if you'd be charged if the car was returned without the bracket?
This was about two years ago, and I tried to be a slick by returning the car without it and they deducted me LOL so I just straight up told them that I had it at home and I can go get it but it will take me a few days since "I'll be working out of town".
I went on eBay to buy it and wanted for shipping . For sure price of it on eBay was much cheaper than what I got deducted for it. It really depends on the dealership honestly
