Is she/he in here? I would like to get some info on those fender flares

Are you talking about the two pieces on the front right and left corners? If you are then they're the TRD front splitters.

They are voltex fender flares. I m not sure what car they are for but for sure not for 3IS

i have seen them in person on Evo 9 but never thought on IS
