I had the same problem when I first purchased my Lexus. I accidentally sprayed glass cleaner onto the screen which produced that mark on my screen but it was spread out all over for mine. I took it in to the dealer with a brief prior explanation of what had happened. They replaced it for me no questions asked
Difficult to see and 10x worse in day, but some photos attached.
Would love to get my hands on a TSB #, so no issue with warranty...
If it is the same issue that I had here is the TSB info.

yeah, that looks like the same condition my NX had. It's not due to using a "normal" cleaner, it's a defect. It could happen with just some water and a microfiber cloth if it happens to be a defective coating.
My NAV screen had some blemishes on it so I took it into the dealer today. The dealer replaced the screen for me under warranty with no questions asked. Took them about an hour.
Common issue with IS and NX as per my dealer. I've had no issues with my IS' screen but it's also more recessed and protected. Got my NX's screen replaced without issue.
This has also happened to me. Took it to dealer they say it's not covered under my Certified Pre-Owned Warranty because it doesn't cover "appearance". Is this really the case? Anything else I can do?
