Default Eco, Normal. or Sport

Which driving mode do you all drive in most often? Notice any significant differences?

Driving to and from work I have ECO turned ON in the main settings and then the selector switch turned to ECO also. It's all highway cruising so no need to be in sport or anything else.

Mostly ECO mode to save gas.

When pulling out into fast moving traffic - bump it to NORMAL mode.

When taking the go-fast lane (the one that ends a few hundred feet ahead and you have to either beat the guy in the go-straight lane or try to merge back in: SPORT MODE!

Never had the urge to go SPORT+ yet - waiting for the right stretch of curvy back country road.

I notice a bit more sensitivity in throttle response, it's quicker to downshift (when not in manual mode), and the steering tightens up a bit more. But the biggest difference for me is that in Sport +, the suspension stiffens so that you get more feedback (and perhaps less body roll), which doesn't occur in any of the other modes.

Suspension gets tighter and so does the steering wheel. It basically handles better.

I've never switched to ECO only Normal when I'm cruising around but if I'm trying to have fun Sport+.

I definitely noticed a difference between Sport and Sport+. Straight line highway driving wouldn't be different but back roads its noticeable.

Jump in car. Two clicks toward right on the ****, shift lever down and to the left. Much enjoy! Every time. I think I tested it and I save a few tenths MPG when in eco. My size 15 shoes weigh a lot.

When I am really feeling it, I will hold Trac button for 5 seconds to hear rev limit when you hold it too long.

ECO mode delay the response of the gas pedal and reduce the power that the AC used.
Normal mode give you the most comfortable ride
Sport mode allow the car to run and hold at the higher rpm frequenly
Sport + stiffen the suspension, tighten the steering

For me,
ECO (1%): During break in & get stuck in traffic
Normal (50%): Anytime with a guest or not in the mode to drive aggressively
Sport (0%): Show off to my guest while still want the soft ride
Sport+ (49%): Whenever I want to have fun alone and enjoy the most out of the car

What is the Sport + ... Is that just putting the selector into Sport Mode and then moving the shifter to "manual" mode?

There are 2 setting for ECO ... Just moving the selector ECO and then actually turning on ECO in the dash settings menu.

The Sport + setting is only on models equipped with the adaptive variable suspension (AVS) which I believe currently is only the 350 F Sport.

As for ECO, the "mode" in the display settings is only a light, which is there to let you know that you are being gentle on the throttle. It's not an actual mode, just an "atta boy" light for driving in a fuel conscious manner.
