normal mode majority of the time,, mainly because I am still trying to get to this mystical "30+mpg" ive seen other members say they get on highway just once.. Sport mode mostly when im leaving work or somebody flys up to my passenger side and rides beside me for a mile. Other times I switch it to sport/sport+ mode because im still fascinated with the cluster changing colors
