How come my middle light does not turn on? (Pics)


And I've been trying super hard to remove my side mirror in order to get to the puddle light but it's like stuck. Is there some secret screw I can not see?

So I bought a set of 13 lights....

So far, 3 in the front interior, 3 in back dome light, maybe two for the puddle lights? Not sure. And maybe one for license plate and two for two front side door at the bottom. Then there's three left, where do these go?
