Media Bluetooth Delay

Greetings to all,
I am from Saudi Arabia and I own an IS350 F-Sport 2014 and I am using an iPhone 6. I am having a problem with the bluetooth, when I play any kind of media (Video or Audio) I have a delay of 3-5 seconds. Also, when I get a notification from any app I will hear the notification sound after 3-5 seconds. But, while having a phone call there is no delay!
Please if you have faced the same problem or you know the solution for it I will be happy to read from you.

I have the same delay in a 2017 RC350. Had a GS350 and also have an NX200 with no delay. I think it is a software problem in the RC and IS and Lexus does not have an update to fix it.
