It's in a percentage basis so it shouldn't matter. I'm just shocked that the ES is so high on that list.

I think the article says moving violations, not necessarily speeding, so that could be running stop signs/red lights too. Could even be driving without headlights on or even driving WAY too slow and impeding traffic (like how most people imagine seniors driving ). It could still be speeding though, plush ride = no idea how fast you're really going?

I reckon ES drivers are getting old while IS drivers are younger, but sharp and mature.

Cruise control is my friend, keeps me out of trouble. I daily drive an IS350 and ILX, police don't look twice. Luckily, I've never been pulled over for not having a front plate on my IS too.
