I never used a Tow Hook but was able to mount an aftermarket bracket by not having to drill holes in the front mesh....The best of both world for those who have to use a front plate (Not holes but plate centered)

Can you show/explain how you did it?

I'm not a huge fan of offset front plates..

I would be interested in knowing how you did that and what bracket you used.

Any clue how this would work? Also curious as to how to allow towing without having to remove entire assembly.

Also does your guys' grimpspeed move at all if you push it down? Mine is screw connected to the mount is tightened all the way but still moves; would a rubber grommet help?

Default Best Decision on this car.

After the installation, I've been getting a lot of looks at the car. Cars pulling up beside me to see who is driving it. A lot of nods on the street. Don't be surprised by the amount of haters there are though. F Sport grills really are beautiful. Made for the towhook plate. It's one of the best aesthetic upgrades to your fsport, and doesn't require a lot of money or time.

Where is this? I know in Ontario they're trying to do away with the front plate but it hasn't been approved yet.

That would be great, as apparently it's only Ontario, Manitoba, and BC where they're required, and this could potentially grease the skids for us to do so as well. Do you have any links to the proposals or discussions?
