is200t start & stop system?

I've done some research, it said is200t is gonna come with the start and stop system? But I don't think I see that option in mine? Is it disable in U.S?

start stop

is to turn the car on i looked on lexus.com
its not start stop with auto off like the german cars
i think its start and stop only
