What is that??? I was thinking its the cleaning spray for headlights but I dont see how I would activate this....

Not a dumb question at all, yes you are right the top little chrome pieces are the headlight washers. Thats all they do, just sprays on the headlights to remove dirt, etc.

The bottom button is your windshield wiper de-icer.

 

I think it activates itself every 5 times you use your windshield washer. I personally never tested it that way... but I know that I've used my windshield washer recently and it did wash my headlight. I find it sucks that you don't have total control over it, but in the winter, it'll come in handy!
