Default Trade in Value

I leased a 2014 IS350 Fsport - Nav, Blind Spot, Premium Sound ( non-ML). I went to the dealer to get trade in numbers on an RC-F. I love my IS but need more power. So, I have 28734 on the clock and the dealer told me the car is worth 31K. I think that a bit low.

Mind you, I have the car modded:
Lowered, spacers, full cat back, intake, etc. The dealer saw the car low and starting *****in a bit. I told them that they would get a stock car back should I decide the numbers work Bolt ons dont void any warranty, etc

The long and short here is the following. My need for speed is not being satisfied with the IS. I need more power!! BUT ( see big but) I love every other aspect of the car. I've invested in a killer sound system which I can remove and other goodies I can sell. I'm trying to see what my car is really worth or if the dealer is dinging me for the mods ( which I think they are ).

For trade, I would get another Lexus RC-F or an F80 M3 4-door or Maybe an AMG C-class 4 door. I'd prefer to get more for the trade via Lexus and keep things with Lexus Financial, but $$ talks and if the trade numbers are low Im taking my business elsewhere.

If I were you I'd keep 350 for another one or two years since depreciation would not be that much, it's the worst the first two years. By that time you can probably find a used RC-F or wait for newer year model 2016 with maybe better Nav screen or system.

If you have a carmax nearby, get it appraised - their appraisal will be close to what auction value is - that's about what you can reasonably expect for trade value.

I really don't want to remove parts unless I'm trading the car in. A) time B) money C) a waste of both

I think I'm going to go to another dealership. Lexus of Silver Spring is my next stop

my is350 f sport fully loaded with 6k miles is worth 37k so I think around 33-34k would be fair. IMO
I would wait until your lease is over then get a m3/m4 but that's because I'm personally not a fan of the RCF I feel like its going to feel exactly like an is350 with just an extra punch... unless that is what your looking for.
I just can't justify 70k for the RCF
