I am used to powerful cars though. Had a 564whp Eclipse GSX years ago and most recently a Evo 9 with an estimated 390whp (never dynoed). I just had a kid so thought I was just settling down a bit and putting those days behind me but as I drive it daily I definitely need some more power. I'm new to the Lexus world so I've been doing a lot of research lately (Should've done before lol). After speaking to my sales guy he thinks I should wait until next summer and then have someone take over the trade and then decide on a IS200t or IS350. Good idea? I still haven't test driven them as yet though
. If someone is having leasers remorse after two weeks, this upgrade isn't going to make them happy for long. Next it will be I should have gotten an IS-F or RC-F (etc...)

I feel like IS250 trade in values are going to plummet as soon as the IS200t goes on sale. Many dealers already have the IS200t in stock for demos/test drives. It seems like you're a person that likes power, and you will constantly be disappointed when driving your new IS250. That is a horrible feeling to experience on a daily basis on such a big purchase. If you can afford it, take the hit and trade up to a IS200t or IS350 before it's too late. You might even be able to pickup a remaining 2015 IS350 for a good price.
I have a feeling that your salesman wants you to wait so they can make more from you later on. They'll lowball your trade and raise your payments on your new car. Consider selling it at Carmax or privately while it still has relatively low/no miles on the odometer.
I have a 250 and i regret it. Have to wait another year now. So slow
