Default Unhappy repair

Hello everyone. Upon repair of my car, I realized they did a terrible job, as well as replacing with incorrect hardware.

Can anyone please send me close up shots of the screws/tabs used to mount the radiator support/headlight.

If anyone also can find a diagram with the corresponding part numbers under the hood will be appreciated as well..

Thank you

Which dealership did you take your car to?

Why not just head to a dealer and ask to take some pictures of one on the lot with the hood up. If you look in the build threads, there are tons of pictures of cars with their hood up from doing intake and other modes.

It would be a lot easier for someone to take a quick shot of the mount points of the headlights... Instead of me driving to the dealership. I could do that though.

Those are pictures of intakes like you said. I need detailed pics to see what type of screw/bolt was used.

you should post the dealership name so hopefully:
a. prevents other poor repairs to club members
b. encourages the shop to do a better job next time

I appreciate the comments, but seriously guys.

If you cannot help me with pictures, please leave the comments to yourselves.

Now, is there anyone who can help with a quick picture of the mounting areas on the headlight?

I need to identity the screws/bolts used.

Greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I agree. It will at least steer other members clear of poor repairs.

I can sympathize with having my car undergo a "POOR" repair at my local Lexus dealer.

I purchased a new 2014 Lexus IS and would expect a higher standard of craftsmanship from the Lexus dealer versus a non luxury brand. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the results and their attitude towards correcting the problem. So, I may turn away from Lexus on when it comes time to buy my next vehicle.
