I was speaking with a salesman yesterday about an IS350 F Sport AWD. He tells me that the ML Audio and the PCS/Dynamic Radar are pretty rare. In fact, they're a special order in the VA/MD/DC area right now.

Yup. I tried to get one with those exact options, talked to sales managers at Lexus dealers in Northern VA, and MD. The dealer I purchased my IS from, they said if I found one with the options I'm looking for the US, and if shipping is under $500, they will cover the shipping cost, to make sale.
I searched every single Lexus dealer in the entire US (http://www.lexus.com/dealers) and ended up finding ONE that was in Washington State. The only other option was to special order it and wait about 6 months for it to arrive.
I see the ML available in more RWD than AWD model. I know someone that did end up getting one with those features in VA, but it was a special order that someone else ordered and later backed out of.
