Likely it's a typo...probably meant 19's...245/35/19 and 275/30/19.

Default Best Square Set Up?

Looking to go square set up on my 2014 IS350
f-Sport. Considering running 18x9 et 35-40 with 255/35’s. Or 19x9 with 255/30’s. Has any run either one of these setups?

There may be someone that has this same setup, but likely not many.
I think the main reason is that not a lot of rims come in 9 inch width that will fit the 3IS...due to the offset offered by the manufacturer,

If you can find a 9 inch +35 rim, then you're good to go.
The tire sizes you quoted will be fine as well based on the height of the rim.

Bumping an old thread...I'm looking to go square as well, considering 18x9.5 +38 with 255-40-18 all around. Any idea if this will work (particularly the front)? Online calculators say the front will be 12mm closer to the strut vs oem, not sure if there is enough clearance there. My fallback would be 18x8.5 +38 with 245-40-18, but I prefer the face of the 9.5.

^ use caution with too concave faces, they might not clear the calipers, make sure to do a test fit before.

I ran 245/40-18 on 18x8.5 +38 wheels and I had some rubbing in the inner wheelwell at full lock.

You can also run a 255-35-18 fits with no issue what most run all around.

Anyone know if 245/40/18 will fit without any rubbing on a factory F-Sport wheels on the front? stock ride height as well.

I've heard it works on 2IS, but not sure on the 3IS.

Probably won't. I had a 25mm spacer on in the front w/ 225 tires and no rub. You're only going 20mm out and I'm lowered as well.

I'm also on a 235 tire 9inch wide front rim on my springs, no rub

Are you thinking about using the 18x8 +45 front wheels, or getting some 18x8.5 +50 rear F Sport wheels on the front? I don't know the answer but I am curious as well.

It will be on a 18x8 +45. I'm currently using 235/40/18 without any issues but I would like to go 245/40/18.

Bumping old post, were you able to run 245/40/18? I am planning to get 18x8.5 + 45 all around to run 245/40/18. Will it work?
