oil

in july i will have had my 350 is foe a year it has only 3200 miles on it now ,i know the oil chang interval is 10000 miles ,should i get 1 at the 1 year mark no matter the miles

The owner's manual states the oil change interval is every 10,000 miles, or 12 months, whichever occurs first. You should definitely change it and the filter.

agreed, change it! also, i would stick with Toyota Genuine Motor Oil - Synthetic 0W-20 and the factory filter. I've read a great review and comparison with the factory oil and filter against 10 other brands, and the TGMO is of great quality!
