Steering wheel vibrations at stop

Interestingly enough I just noticed this on my car this morning. It's been sitting at the airport all week doing nothing and my wife returned it last night. This is the first time I've noticed a vibration at idle. I also noticed it seemed to be idling a touch low, about 600rpm or so.
On my wife's previous car, a Camry, this was a problem. I took off the intake tubing and sprayed some throttle body cleaner into the butterfly throttle valve and wiped it off with shop towels and it fixed it. I could do it on this car but the difference is that Camry had well over 100,000 miles. My IS has 14,000.

I'll try to clean the throttle body like JGard said. Hopefully this fixes it.
