Does anyone knows how to reset the maintenance required light on a 2014 IS250 F Sport?

If you have your IS 250 Owner's Manual around, the steps to reset the maintenance required light are on page 391.

 

Just did this last week!

While you are in park, press the button on the steering wheel that makes your speedometer shift to the right. Go to the settings tab, scroll down to Maintenance System or something like that. When it asks to initialize, click yes/confirm.
