Default Intake question

So I was looking to add a cold-air intake on my "14 IS350 F-Sport AWD. I was going to go with the F-Sport intake but was told by the dealer that I would lose the intake sound generator. So my question is there a way to either add a sound generator on the F-Sport cold-air intake or is there another brand that has the intake sound generator?

Out of curiosity, what is your motivation for getting the F-Sport intake? Unless you are going mainly for looks, the stock intake is pretty efficient in its own right.

I got the Fsport intake and switched back to stock... the stock one with sound generator is good enough.

I had the F-Sport intake on my 2008 IS350. The 2015 350 now sounds the same as the 2008 did and the 2015 is stock. That being said I don't think the F-Sport on a 2015 350 would be worth it.

The 2014+ IS feeds the air box from a snorkel that appears to draw air from between the top of the radiator and the hood, i.e., cool air. So I have to wonder about the wisdom of installing a "cold air intake" system that draws air from within the engine compartment. It may have made sense on other models, but maybe not so much now(?). Or am I missing something (besides the sound)?
