Default remote start for 2014 navigation

Has anyone been able to install a remote start for 2014 with navigation?

No issues at all and yes I have a 2014 is350awd with navi. If you check the idatalink website you will see the 2014 and 2015 Is250/350 listed for the bypass module. I will try to post a quick vid tomorrow.

Thanks. I assume you didn't use the oem key fob. You used theirs.

As a non car-tech guy lol would I just need to buy for instance a PRO 2-WAY 902 and a Drone module then take it to get installed? Thanks for the post!

No that will not work you need the brain to complete the system. You can either get the ft7000s or the ft7000as, the s stands for start only and the as stands for alarm and start.

Is there a monthly rate that you have to pay for the remote start (on your phone)? or is a one time download/install feature and you have it for life? And if you don't mind me asking, how much did it run you and where did you get the alarm/remote start from? Thanks!

The first 3 months are free to use after that its 100 dollars for 3 years of service. That comes down to about 3 and change a month.

What's something like this cost for installation? I see the unit is around $130 + the 3 years service $120-300....Not bad.

It all depends on what remote set you want i opted for the artic one mile range remote that alone was 150. You can just get the drone module and either a ft7000s or a ft7000as and the blade bypass module for around 250. My whole setup cost me 570 installation included.

Thanks! Do you know if I can use the stock alarm system and just add the ft7000s & drone module?
