Hi all, just something I observed for 2015 models with 18" wheels at the dealers this past weekend: the window sticker says the front tires are 255/40/18, when in reality they are 225/40/18. Can anyone else confirm if their 2015 window sticker says the same thing?

 

It's probably a typo? You have RWD? 255 is for the back wheels.

 

I believe this is a typo. If i recall, each window sticker tag is printed on with the VIN, and since each VIN is different, then they have to print out the window sticker tag for every car. Any time you have any kind of manual labor, input, or processing involved, there's always going to be a small percentage of errors.

 

ya, 255 tires are in the rear, and 225 in the front.

I just thought it was interesting as the 2014 has the correct sizes on the sticker
