all of you guys have this rust in your gas tank?
is this normal??
2015 is 250 f sport
its been only 3weeks old.
need some advice

 

This one of the initial things that I noticed when I went for my first fill up a few weeks ago. Such beautiful metal everywhere except for the gas bung hole. I'll have to take a closer look at mine.

 

I wouldn't worry about. It's normal superficial oxidation at worst, or it's just staining that happens to even the best stainless steel.

My car is 1 year 1 month old and looks more stained than yours (first pic). I cleaned it up with stainless steel cleaner applied to a microfiber cloth and it's as good as new (second pic).
