Default 2014 IS350 rear deck speaker grill removal

Hi y'all,
I have been searching for information about removing the speaker grill without any luck. Anyone knows how or know where I can find this info.

You would have to remove the rear deck tray. It's either riveted or held in by screws. I think on my GS is riveted or plastic bonded.

You have to remove the whole rear deck
The the speaker Grill does not come off separately
In order to remove the rear deck you have to remove the rear seats first
