Default Speaker Grill Removal

Hi,
Can anyone tell me the best way to remove the speaker grill/covers from the doors and sub W assy? I have searched the forum...no luck. As they do not readily "pop" loose when pryed, I suspect they may be affixed like our old FJ80 and were affixed to the door panel )requireing removal of the door panel to gain access). Thanks in advance for any tips!

Bill

Sooner, thank you. Could I bother you for hints on access to the rear sub? Does the plastic surround (the portion that includes the drink holder and ashtray) pop out or does one need to remove the entire rear molded piece first, then the plastic surround (kind of in "layers")?

Thank you,

Bill
