IS 350 F Sport leasing Prices
I currently have a 2013 ct200h which im lease transferring to someone, I was looking to lease the is350 f sport.. I qualify for the student grad rebate,.. what does this car go for nowdays anyway? someone told me low 400's but i was thinking with the rebate if I could possibly get 360-380 with 1000 out of pocket.. is that possible?

Good Luck - I love to see folks research and get great deals!

I don't know where you guys get your #'s from, but how do we know anyones REAL monthly payment? I could say mine is $237.70 because my friend is the GM and I got an awesome deal.
I really don't believe some of these posts.

In NY you're only going to find IS350 F-Sports with AWD, BSM, and Nav. That puts the MSRP just under $49,000. Any other configuration is a special order.
There is no way you're going to get that to under $500 without some serious negotiating/discounts. Unless its a really short lease with low miles.
I'm at $527/month with a 36month, 12k miles/year lease
Negotiated price: $45k
MF: .00085
Residual: 63%
Due at signing: ~$660 (includes first month payment and DMV fees)
I think my deal is pretty good. I'd be impressed if you can get a deal for one under $400's and would love to see your numbers if you did.

Napkin math puts him at ~$475 with no money down. So that sounds about right.
But why would you put money down on a lease? Makes no sense to me.
That's what my advice was - told him to offer 500 at signing, 405 a month. That would be about 5k off msrp - a super deal for NY - common here in CA - we have lots of competition.

I was thinking of doing a 27 month lease 10k miles a year.. but with the student rebate whatever the number is 37 bucks from it should be subtracted because 1000/27= 37... does that sound about right? does anyone else know of any incentives on this car for this month?

I agree that some folks probably embellish a bit - but at some point I've gotta believe that SOMEONE is being honest and truthful - otherwise, no reason to waste time reading these threads. I can say this for a fact - we get great deals on Lexus vehicles here in CA - I've leased 3 in the past 5 years - all at well below invoice - we have many Lexus dealers - lots of competition.

I agree on all points. In all my moving around and buying cars, I have found CA the easiest to get deals at, due to the competion and amount of dealerships in a small radius. Especially if you use TrueCar and lock in a deal. You get crazy e-mails and phone calls trying to bid for your business. All of them competing with each other to get the buisness.

If you hop over to the GS forum though, there's people leasing 60k GS's for that kind of payment with little negotiation and not much down.
Sorry but you got absolutely hosed. I put $750 up front for 27 month lease, 44K msrp, 12K miles a year, 350 F-Sport with rarish color combo(obsidian with red) ML system fully loaded to the max with $505 a month payments.
