Nope, have that set to "LEXUS IS" as well.

hmmm...try doing a HARD reset of the phone...hold the HOME and top ON/OFF button together till the screen goes blank and then the apple logo comes on...

otherwise, I would bring it to the dealer and see if a firmware update is available for the system

I am almost due for my 5K service and plan on asking them then. It's really my only issue with the car, otherwise I love it. Appreciate that you're trying to help, TSopranoMB.

I've had my car for a week now and I haven't ran into any issues. I hope this doesn't happen..

This ended up working for me everytime. But it is a bit annoying. I have my 5k service happening soon so hopefully they'll be able to do something about it.
