I had a very strange issue with 2 days old RX 350 with loosing the audio. I was talking with a live person over SOS to activate the Lexus Enform Remote services and nearly at the end of the call , I couldn't hear anything other person was saying. I tired different audio modes in the car , Satellite, AM, FM - none of it would work - there was no sound. I shut down my IPhone and then restarted the car and still it didn't work. I turned off the car, waited for 20 minute and then audio started working. I think there is a software issue with the way the audio is connected to the phone over Bluetooth that disabled car speakers.
