Traffic on Navigation not showing anymore?

Mine stopped displaying after the initial Sirius trial period ended. I then bought Sirius but still don't get traffic.
Google tells me it's a 3.99 add on. I'm in Denver so I don't think HD radio (or lack of such a signal) is the limitation, but still not getting traffic data.
Anyone have any ideas?

My traffic info shows up intermittently, I don't watch weather usually. On my 2015 Tundra weather and traffic (from HD Radio also) show quickly after I start. Any idea why the is350 does not act the same?

I have had the weather map not load a couple of times in my almost four years of ownership, no rhyme or reason, but I've never had the traffic not show up. It does take a couple of minutes usually, though.
Our 2015 Corolla also has weather and traffic - the whole infotainment system loads a lot quicker than the Lexus.

Went on a road trip today to Las vegas and it's not working properly at all. Couldn't get any traffic info along I-15.
It's also very slow to update real-time traffic unlike Google maps on my phone. What's going on?
