I have almost 6500 miles on my car and just recently I noticed the gas lid becomes a bit loose and sticks out a bit, not really flush with the car. I confirmed it when I lock the car and I can hear a loud metallic sound from the gas lid, I guess its the locking mechanism hitting something since its not sitting flush.

I keep having too open it and then close it again to prevent this but it happens again after a few days.

Anyone else have a similar problem? Trying to see if there's an alternative to fix this before going to the dealer.
