Question Default Nav Screen

Hello, first time Lexus owner and I'm loving my 2014 F-Sport. I've looked around the forums a bit and also searched but couldn't find any responses to a question.

Can you change the default navigation screen to something other than the map when you first start the vehicle? I would like to change it to either the home screen or the last audio source I was using.

Thanks all

There is a way. Go into settings, general, and turn auto screen change "off." (default is "on.") At that point, your system should remember the last screen. HTH

Unless you're on the Home Screen, in which case it'll go back to Nav. You'd think the one screen it would go back to would be something called The Home Screen. So weird.

A mystery to me as well. Hard to understand why Lexus is in love with the Nav screen. For example, if you're listening to an ipod through "media" and turn off the audio system before shutting down the car, the Nav screen comes up when you start the car. This happens even when the auto screen change is set to "off."

The auto change feature can definitely be frustrating. Especially when you're listening to music and want stay on the "Radio" or "Media" screens.
