Does anyone have a clue what the 6 buttons spots would be for by the left knee? They are right around the area of where the trunk release is. I have 2 of them, Blind spot and park assist, WHAT ARE THE OTHER ONES.

So the upper right plate is completely blank?

 

It appears that way at least for the US models. Also top row will be blank for F Sport, I believe.

The top right is for the fake engine sound. Available for hybrid only.

lexus just makes you feel like you didn't spend enough money when they have so many blank buttons. Meanwhile its probably for the most pointless buttons.

No, just inside the passenger compartment. It's really stupid.
It is only active in sport mode, and it sounds bad.
